Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted only once payment is authorised and Bonded Jewellery confirms the order. We may contact you to verify details, sizing, stock, bespoke requirements, or delivery information before fulfilment.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in South African rand unless another currency is selected for browsing. Final payment is processed through secure third-party providers. High-value, bespoke, or made-to-order items may require additional confirmation before production or dispatch.
Product information
We aim to present accurate imagery, specifications, availability, and care guidance. Natural stones and hand-finished pieces may vary slightly in tone, inclusions, scale, and finish. Such variation is part of fine jewellery and is not automatically a defect.
Bespoke and personalised work
Custom, engraved, resized, and made-to-order pieces are created to client specifications and cannot be returned for change of mind unless defective. Design timelines, deposits, approval checkpoints, and final specifications will be confirmed before work begins.
